A Floating Week may be used any time during the season (High, Medium or Low) based on a resort's availability. - What is the difference between the seasons?
The difference in season indicates the popularity of any particular resort at that time. The most sought-after weeks are rated as high season and the less popular weeks are rated as medium or low season weeks. - How long will it take to confirm my rental
Dependant on the type of week and resort in question rentals may take anything from 24 hours to 3 weeks. Please bear this in mind when requesting a rental / exchange, especially in high season, to allow us enough time to confirm your booking. - Who can I speak to for help?
