  3. What is a Floating Week?
    A Floating Week may be used any time during the season (High, Medium or Low) based on a resort's availability.
  4. What is the difference between the seasons?
    The difference in season indicates the popularity of any particular resort at that time. The most sought-after weeks are rated as high season and the less popular weeks are rated as medium or low season weeks.
  5. How long will it take to confirm my rental
    Dependant on the type of week and resort in question rentals may take anything from 24 hours to 3 weeks. Please bear this in mind when requesting a rental / exchange, especially in high season, to allow us enough time to confirm your booking.
